The content is truly helpful because it's practical. The scenarios discussed are ones that happen in my home all the time. Dr. Becky does an amazing job of sharing information as to the why behind a behavior and then diving into the practical aspects of addressing it. I really like the scripts provided as well. It's definitely been a game changer in our house!
