I’m so grateful for this app. It gives me tangible reminders. And a confidence to navigate parenting situations. I love that it’s digestible in small specific lessons to get me the help I’m looking for quickly, as well as providing regular reminders so I don’t forget things.

I often joke with my colleagues that we have a difficult profession. We navigated a lot of schooling and training for our particular job. Parenting is often times harder. And they handed us a baby at the hospital and said congratulations! Dr. Becky and the Good Inside App is the academic tool to allow us to navigate the ups and downs of parenting. The app is easy to use.

This app and the whole community experience has been invaluable for me personally and for our family. It is so helpful to hear from other parents, to work at my own pace through the decks, to have GiGi as a resource in tough moments or when I’m worried about one aspect of my parenting…it also great to have longer programs/workshops to utilize and short zoom calls to just touch in and feel less alone.
