Something holding you back?
“I'm nervous about sleep training.”
You won't be asked to leave your baby crying for hours. Newborns: no crying at all. Older babies working toward independent sleep may protest a little, and you set the pace and stay close the whole way.
“There's so much conflicting advice.”
Most of it was written for every baby, so of course it contradicts itself. Jilly's team looks at yours and tells you what fits.
“What we're doing now might be fine.”
It might be! Part of your 1:1 session is finding what's already working, so you only change what needs changing.
“I feel like I've tried everything.”
When you've tried 6 things in 2 weeks, it's hard to tell what's helping. You get one plan built for your baby, plus the app for the night it wobbles. And if it's not for you, you have 14 days to get your money back.

More than a PDF and “good luck!”
1:1 session
40 minutes on your baby's actual nights. You leave with a plan.
The plan is working.
Then she cuts a tooth.
Sleep doesn't improve in a straight line. When a regression hits at 3am, ask GiGi, check your tracker, and get back to your plan. 3 months of the Good Inside app are included.

You don't need more advice. You need someone to look at your baby's nights.
Jilly Blankenship | RN, CLC
Jilly is a registered nurse and lactation counselor. In your 1:1 session (one is included), you walk her team through the 4:45am wake-ups and the 30-minute naps. Together you sort out which advice fits your baby, which to ignore, and where to start.

Go from guessing to knowing
Face every 2am wake-up with a clear plan
Make feeding and sleep work together, not against each other
Settle into a sleep schedule that actually sticks
Decode your baby's sleep, from wake windows to regressions
Know what to say to yourself when the guilt and worry spiral kicks in
Connection and a plan. Not one or the other.
Most sleep advice online pulls you to one extreme. By 2am, you've probably read both:
Strict sleep training: works for some, but leaves a lot of parents feeling like they have to choose between sleep and their instincts.
No structure: all empathy, no roadmap. Leaves exhausted parents with no guidance on how to actually change anything.
There's a third way, one where you don't have to choose between responding to your baby and getting more sleep.
It’s how we’ve helped 60,000 parents get more sleep.
What parents say
They were right where you are.
Start with sleep. Stay for everything after.
Sleep is usually the first thing that makes you feel like you have no idea what you're doing. It won't be the last. Your app access starts with sleep and covers what comes next.
Common Questions
How long do I have access to the program?
Your access to the Sleep Program never expires, so it's here now and for every nap transition, regression, and bump along the way.
Is there crying involved in this program?
For newborns, not at all! Our goal is to help you build healthy sleep and protect your own rest. You'll learn to read your baby's cues, set gentle foundations, and know exactly what to do when the 4 month regression hits.
With older babies working towards independent sleep (aka sleep training, the Good Inside way) there can be some crying, and we won't pretend otherwise. Anytime you change how your baby falls asleep, they'll likely be some protest, it's how they tell you something feels new. You'll learn when and how to respond, so you stay close and connected the whole way through. We will never ask you to do something you are not comfortable with, our approach is customizable to both fit your baby’s temperament and what feels right for you.
Will teaching my baby to sleep independently harm attachment?
This is our favorite question to answer. It means you care about your connection with your baby just as much as we do. Throughout the program, you stay connected and responsive. You don't have to choose between attachment and sleep. And remember, your relationship with your baby isn't defined by any single moment. Attachment is built through thousands of everyday interactions: feeding, holding, playing, and responding to your baby's needs. It's not built or broken by a few nights of learning something new.
What ages is it for?
Every stage from newborn through 24 months. It's one program that grows with your baby, from safe newborn foundations, through the regressions, to independent sleep and nap transitions.
I've already read so much. How is this different?
Free advice is written for every baby, so it contradicts itself. Here, a real person looks at your baby's sleep and tells you which advice fits and which to leave. Your plan stays responsive, so you never have to choose between more sleep and your instincts.
My baby is a newborn. Is it too early?
Your timing is perfect! There's a lot you can do right now to build healthy sleep and protect your own rest. You'll learn to read your baby's cues, set gentle foundations, know exactly what to do when the 4 month regression hits, and be set up for success if / when you're ready for your baby to sleep more independently.

How is this different from other sleep programs?
Our approach is a plan rooted in connection, not rigid sleep training that ignores your instincts, and not gentle validation with no real plan. It's also the only program you'll need from 0-24 months, so you're never buying separate courses or bundles as your baby grows. And you're not doing it alone: it comes with real human support and the full Good Inside app, not just a PDF and "good luck!"
