Dr Becky and her team are exactly who I’ve needed when it comes to parenting and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Discovering Good Inside has been game changing… actually life changing. Don’t get me wrong, parenting is still the hardest job around, but I feel so much more grounded during the tumultuous moments and find myself shame spiraling waaaay less often and more confident about what my children and my own self (and inner child) need.

What a community. What mom doesn’t need ideas, support, and to know she’s not alone. Rough and harsh methods simply don’t resonate with my heart, and Dr. Becky’s tips are so helpful-but even MORE, her explanations why this empowered form of parenting WORKS. So thankful I found this virtual village!

Good inside has been life changing for me. I started out on the platform for the parenting resources but it is so much than that.
